How to edit content access levels for titles in your collection
Use the sections below to edit content access levels for titles in your collection.
Editing content access levels from the Admin page
To edit content access levels from the Admin page:
- Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
- In the Admin drop-down, select Content access levels.
- Enter your criteria in the "Content access levels report options" window, then click Search.
- To see all titles in your collection, leave all the fields blank and make sure the "Period type" field is set to Specific.
- To see all titles from a cart you purchased, enter the cart's order ID in the "Purchase Order ID" field. You can use either value from the "Order ID" column in the Purchase orders report (under Insights > Purchase & order reports).
- From your search results, you can:
- Edit the access level for an individual title by clicking next to the title.
- Edit the access levels for a group of titles by checking the box next to each title (or at the top of the column to edit the whole page), then clicking Edit access levels in the top-right corner of the grid.
Note: The access levels for a magazine apply to all issues.
- In the pop-up window, edit the access levels for your chosen titles, then click Confirm.
- If your cart or list of titles has multiple pages, make sure to check the access levels on each page.
Your new content access levels will go into effect within two hours of your change.
(Schools only) Editing content access levels from search results
You can edit content access levels for titles in your school's collection from a search results page or title details page.
To do so, click a title's assigned access level, make your change in the pop-up, and click Confirm.
