How to see your school's title assignments and Class Sets
This article is for school accounts only. If you have an academic library account, you can see your purchased Class Sets in the Purchase orders report under Insights > Popular reports (on the left side of the page).
You can see all your school's title assignments and Class Sets on the Title assignments page (under Admin > Title assignments).
Note: On-Demand Class Sets (ODCS) aren't included on this page unless they're assigned to students through title assignments. You can see your purchased ODCS titles in the Purchase orders report under Insights > Popular reports (on the left side of the page).
Using the list view
The list view lets you see your school's title assignments and Class Sets like a Marketplace report. To use the list view, select View list (in the top-left corner).
Select Run new report to search by date, title, format, status, or the person who scheduled the assignment. Once you've entered your criteria, select Update.
From there, you'll be able to see any title assignments and Class Sets that fit your criteria.
In the grid, Class Sets are distinguished from title assignments in the "Total copies owned" column.
To view or edit an assignment's start date, end date, staff notification email addresses, or assigned user IDs, click .
Note: You won't be able to edit the start date or user IDs for active title assignments. Active Class Sets can't be edited.
To see more information about an assignment, including student reading data, click the title.
Using the calendar view
The calendar view lets you see your school's title assignments and Class Sets overlaid on a calendar. To use the calendar view, select View calendar (in the top-left corner).
Note: The calendar view only shows information for the month displayed. To find information about a past or future title assignment or Class Set, navigate to the desired month on the calendar first.
From there, you can:
- Toggle between assignments you've created and all assignments for your school using the links in the top-left corner.
- Search for a specific title assignment or Class Set in the month displayed using the calendar search bar.
- Click Active, Scheduled, Complete, Needs more copies, or Error to only see title assignments and Class Sets in that status. Click your selection again to remove the filter.
Note: If you have an assignment in the Error status, contact your Account Manager for help. - Click an assignment in the left sidebar to see details about it.
- To view or edit the assignment's start date, end date, staff notification email addresses, or assigned user IDs, click .
Note: You won't be able to edit the start date or user IDs for active title assignments. Active Class Sets can't be edited. - To see student reading data for the assignment, click View details.
