Permission required: Reports

Follow the steps below to view titles specifically purchased by individual staff members.

  1. Select the Insights tab, then Reports.
  2. Select the Purchase order history report and/or the Simultaneous Use orders report (if available).
  3. Once the report opens:
    • Click Submitted by to sort the results by the person who submitted the purchase order.
    • Click a purchase order's name to see what titles were included in it.
    • Click Create worksheet to export the contents of each applicable purchase order to a spreadsheet.
