How to manage a user's hold
To cancel a user's hold or change their place on the holds list:
- Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
- Click the Support tab, then Manage holds.
- In the search box, enter the title, user ID, or user email address for the hold, then click Search.
- Click next to a hold to edit or remove it. Updated hold positions may take up to 24 hours to be visible to users.
