How to reset a user's download link

Use these steps to reset a user's download limit for a borrowed EPUB ebook or MP3 audiobook.

To reset the download link:

1. Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
2. Click the Support tab, then Search checkouts.
3. Enter the user ID, title, or checkout ID, then click Update.
4. Click View next to the title.
5. On the "Checkout details" page, click Reset user's download link.

Notes:

• If you don't see Reset user's download link, the download link is still active or the title has been returned.
• If users report an issue within the title or experience continued download failures after you've reset their download link, we recommend that you submit a content issue.
