How to change your library or school's contact information on OverDrive websites and apps

Your library or school's contact information is displayed in Libby (for libraries), in Sora (for schools), on overdrive.com, on your OverDrive website, and in the legacy OverDrive app (where available).

This information can include your physical address, website URL, support contact method, social media links, and more.

To edit your contact information:

  1. Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
  2. In the Settings drop-down in the top-right corner, select Library information or School information.
  3. Click your library, branch, or school name in the list on the left.
  4. Select Edit Library in the right panel.

  5. When you're done making changes, select OK in the pop-up.
  6. Select Verify Library to confirm that your institution's information is correct.

Your updates will be applied within 30 minutes.

Setting default links

You can set default contact links for your library or shared collection (also called your consortium). We recommend adding default links only if your whole library or shared collection/consortium uses the same contact links. Otherwise, each library or branch should add their own contact information using the steps above.

To edit your default links:

  1. Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
  2. In the Settings drop-down in the top-right corner, select Library information or School information.
  3. Select Set Defaults in the right panel.
  4. When you're done making changes, select OK in the pop-up.

Your updates will be applied within 30 minutes.
