How to see user IDs and email addresses in Marketplace reports
By default, your users' personal information is hidden in Marketplace reports to protect their privacy.
To show user IDs and email addresses in applicable reports:
- Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
- In the Admin drop-down, select Marketplace settings.
- Select Yes under "User ID settings" and "Email address settings."
- Read the privacy agreement that appears and click I agree.
- Click Save.
Notes:
- These settings apply to all Marketplace logins for your library or school.
- For privacy reasons, public library accounts with Public Library CONNECT won't see students' user IDs or email addresses in Marketplace reports, even if these settings are enabled.
- Email addresses aren't collected from Libby users who opt for push notifications.
