How to manage who can view invoices

Permission required: Users

You can manage who can view invoices by adding the Manage invoices permission to a Marketplace user and specifying which billing accounts they get invoices for. 

Note: By default, Advantage account users are given the Manage invoices permission and can see invoices for their Advantage billing account.

To manage this permission:

  1. Sign into OverDrive Marketplace.
  2. Select the Admin drop-down, then Marketplace users.
  3. Select Add user(s) to create a new Marketplace user, or next to an existing user to edit their permissions or invoicing account information.
  4. Enable the Manage invoices permission under "User permissions."
  5. Select the "Invoicing account(s)" field, then enter the name of the billing accounts that the user should get invoices for.
    Note: The user will get an email notification when an invoice is created for any billing account added here.
  6. Click Create user or Update.
