How to download MARC Express records

Permission required: Download MARC records

If you've ordered MARC Express records, records for newly purchased titles will be available for download the day after purchase in Marketplace under Admin > MARC Express deliveries.

MARC Express records are organized by the date they're delivered. To find a delivery to download, enter the date range in the "MARC Express deliveries report options" window, then click Search.

To download MARC Express records by delivery: 

1. Check the box next to one or more deliveries.
2. Select Download deliveries.

To download MARC Express records by title:

1. Click a delivery date from the search results list to see all titles in the delivery.
2. Check the box next to one or more titles.
3. Select Download title(s).

To search and download MARC Express records by title ID, order ID, and more, select Create custom file. See this article for help with custom MARC Express files.
