About the "Recalled titles" report
Sometimes a title you've purchased may be recalled (e.g., if its digital rights were incorrect or if the title was a preorder that the publisher canceled before its street date). With this report, you can view details about recalled content, including the titles, purchase details, and any content credit issued.
You can filter the report by time period, title, order description, or purchase order ID.
This report also shows if there are any holds on the recalled titles. Users with holds on these titles won't be notified when the titles are recalled.
Important notes:
- To run this report from the inception date of your digital collection: Open the report. In the "Report options" window, make sure the "Period type," "Date," or "Date range" is Specific, leave the start date and end date fields blank, and click Update. For large reports, select Create worksheet to export a CSV file of your results.
- Content credit isn't issued for canceled preorders, since you're not charged for them until they reach their street date.
