About the "Search checkouts" report
The Search checkouts report is located under Support > Search checkouts in Marketplace. With this report, you can search for checkouts by checkout ID, user ID, or title. You can also view checkout details and reset download links for individual titles.
To see checkout details, click View next to a title. Checkout details include:
- Lending period
- Checkout date
- Status (e.g., active or expired)
- Format
Note: "Pending" means that the user borrowed the title but didn't select a format for it (e.g., Kindle Book, OverDrive Read, Adobe EPUB). If the loan expires before the user selects a format, the format will remain "Pending."
