Permission required: Reports
The Goals page in Marketplace (found under the Insights tab) sets and tracks quarterly goals for public libraries. Specifically, Marketplace uses data from your library over the past two years to calculate goals around circulation, number of users, and average waiting period on holds.
- The data on the Goals page is updated daily. You may see different numbers in Marketplace reports, since those are updated in real-time.
- Only shared collection accounts will see the Goals page. While activity from Advantage collections is included in the Goals page, there isn't an Advantage-specific page.
- If your library doesn't have two years of data to use, your goals will be based on whatever information is available.
