Permission required: Reports
You can calculate the total number of digital titles that your library currently owns using the Title status & usage report (located under the Reports section of the Insights tab).
To see how many titles you own under the various lending models, open the Title status & usage report, then click Run new report.
Note: If you want to see ownership information for all titles added to your collection since its inception, select Specific in the "Period Type" field and leave the "Start Date" and "End Date" blank.
- To see how many titles you own under the One Copy/One User and Metered Access lending models, select OC/OU and MA from the "Lending model" field (you may see the option to select multiple subtypes of Metered Access lending models, like MA: by checkout or MA: by time) and click Update.
Then, look at the "Report summary" (at the top of the report) to see a list of how many individual titles and how many copies you own under these lending models (plus the number of licenses left for applicable Metered Access titles).
- To see how many titles you own under the Cost Per Circ and Simultaneous Use lending models, select CPC and SU from the "Lending model" field and click Update.
Then, look at the report details (not the summary) to see which titles you own under these lending models. Ownership information for these lending models is not listed in the "Report summary" because each Simultaneous Use title has an unlimited number of copies, and Cost Per Circ titles also can be borrowed from your collection an unlimited number of times (until the budget and/or checkout limits that you set are reached).
