Permission required: End-user support

To cancel a user's hold or move a user up or down the holds list for a specific title, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Support tab, then the Manage holds button.
  2. In the search box that opens, locate the desired hold by entering the title, barcode, or user email address for the hold, then click Search.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to a hold to edit or remove that hold.
