If a user is experiencing a content-related issue, please contact OverDrive Support using our technical support form so we can investigate the issue and, if possible, correct it.

In the meantime, your user may want to try the Read (In your browser) or Listen (In your browser) option for the title (if available) on their Checkouts page (under their account).

Or, your user may want the title completely removed from their account so they can borrow something else, or borrow this title again and choose a different download format (if available). You can remove a title from a user's account using the Return titles feature (under the Support tab).
