If Kindle Books aren't showing up in a user's "Content & Devices" list

If a downloaded Kindle Book doesn't appear in a user's "Content & Devices" list on Amazon, it may be because the user already redeemed it using a different Amazon account. If this is the case, they'll need to use the Amazon account they were originally signed into when they downloaded the book.

Or, you can remove the book from the user's account so that they can check it out again and redeem it under the correct Amazon account.
