Permission required: Users
If you have a standalone or shared collection account, you can directly manage who can view invoices by adding or removing the Manage invoices permission from their account in Marketplace. Learn more about editing user permissions here.
If you have an Advantage account, you'll need to contact your Account Manager (whose contact information is listed under the Marketplace Support tab) to add or remove Manage invoices permission to/from a user's account.
If you receive invoices for multiple libraries/schools, you can tie a user's permissions to a specific billing account through the "Billing account(s) to receive invoices" field on the Edit user page.
