Permission required: Manage invoices
You can access the View invoices and Manage invoice frequency pages from the Invoicing tab. If you have Reports permission, you can also access the Content credit history report to view information about content credit that is purchased, earned, or owed to you.
The Search invoices button on the View invoices page lets you find a specific invoice or all invoices in a certain status or time period. You can view all open invoices, plus any invoices created on or after 1/1/2017 (regardless of status). To see detailed information for a specific invoice, select its invoice number.
The Flag invoice(s) button lets you flag invoices so they're easy for you to track. Once an invoice is flagged, you'll see a next to it. You'll also be able to sort and search for invoices based on their flag status.
Manage invoice frequency
On the Invoice frequency page, you can manage how often you receive invoices for standard purchased and preorder content. Any changes to your invoice frequency settings will take effect on the first day of the next month.
If you receive invoices for multiple libraries/schools, you can use the "Select billing account" drop-down at the top of the page to customize your settings for that account.
Note: You can only control how often you receive invoices for content in the One Copy/One User (OC/OU), Metered Access (MA), and Simultaneous Use (SU) lending models.
- It may take up to five business days for invoices to appear on the View invoices page.
- Users with Manage invoices permission will receive an email notification when a new invoice is added.
- Users with Manage invoices permission, and users who have Library/School site admin, Marketplace settings, Purchase, and Users permission (all four) will receive an email notification when an invoice is past due.
