How can I go over my CPC monthly target budget?

If you offer Cost Per Circ (CPC) content, you need to set a monthly target budget to control how much you spend on these circulations.

In rare instances, it's possible to exceed your target budget if:

• The price of a CPC title increased
  The price of a CPC title can change at any time, but the CPC target budget may not process a price change right away. If a user borrows a CPC title after the price increases, you'll be billed for the new price on your invoice, not the price originally processed by the target budget.
• Your Marketplace purchases are taxed
  Your CPC target budget doesn't take taxes into account. If your account's Marketplace purchases are taxed, it could cause you to go over your target budget.
