With this report, you can search for checkouts by ID, library card number ("barcode"), or title. You can also view checkout details and reset download links for titles on a case-by-case basis.
- This report is only available under Support > Search checkouts.
- User activity (such as checkouts and early returns) can take from 1 minute to 2 hours to appear in this report. On average, it's shown in 30 minutes.
- If you need to reactivate a user's download link, search for the loan, then click View next to the title. From the "Checkout details" page that opens, click Reactivate. Only loans that have been downloaded the maximum number of times can be reactivated. If you don't see Reactivate, either the download link is still active or the loan ended.
- "Pending" means that the user borrowed the title but didn't select a format for it (e.g., Kindle Book, OverDrive Read, Adobe EPUB, etc.). If the loan expires before the user selects a format, the format will remain "Pending."
