Permission required: End-user support

With the View user support requests feature on the Support tab, you can see information about the requests your library users or students submit to OverDrive Support.

Information in the tool includes:

  • Date submitted
  • Date resolved
  • Request category
  • Support solution used
  • Device
  • Format
  • Operating system
  • Software
  • Request status


  • A request's status is marked as "Resolved" when an OverDrive Support specialist has responded to it. After the response is sent, the user has 7 days to reply before the request is marked as "Closed."
  • This tool doesn't include support requests that are more than 2 years old.
