Why does a title say "Unavailable" in Libby or on my OverDrive website?
There are a few reasons why you might see a title marked as Unavailable in Libby or on your OverDrive website:
- A Metered Access title expired and holds are disabled for Metered Access titles.
- A user accessed a weeded title via a direct link, such as a MARC record.
- (Advantage accounts only) In rare instances, your Advantage users may see a title that belongs to another library's Advantage collection. To make this title available to your users, you'll need to purchase a copy of it for your Advantage collection.
